Part Two contains 70 minutes of highlights from a very different concert on the same tour filmed at Estival in Lugano, Switzerland. This outdoor concert sees a stripped down stage and full on rock versions of the acoustic tracks from Tsongas whilst the crowd wield a multitude of umbrellas against the pouring rain, which is clearly not preventing them having a great time!

Let Us Burn – Elements & Hydra Live In Concert (or simply Let Us Burn) is a live album, DVD and Blu-ray Disc from Dutch symphonic metal band Within Temptation. It is scheduled to be released on November, 2014 and is available on 2-disc DVD, 2-disc CD, 2-disc Blu-ray and digital album. The live album features two performances, being the first one the greatest part of the band’s 15th anniversary concert at the Sportpaleis, entitled Elements, and the second one the band’s performance at the Heineken Music Hall during the Hydra World Tour.

On 9 May 2012, the band officially announced special a concert entitled “Elements” at the Sportpaleis, in Antwerp, in celebration of their 15 year anniversary. Il Novecentro Orchestra accompanied the band among other special guests, including ex-band members and former Orphanage vocalist George Oosthoek. The show was sold out with fans from over 50 reported countries in attendance. No plans for a video album were in mind at the time, and as the band disliked the final result, they moved forward on the next album tour. As Hydra was released, the band decided to record a live album featuring a concert and announced via their facebook account that they were going to record the concert in Amsterdam at the same evening for a later release. During an interview for Sonic Cathedral, lead vocalist Sharon den Adel stated that the plan was originally to make a Hydra live album as plans for the Elements concert turning into a live album were early dropped as the band found themselves unhappy with the end result, so they opted to left only a few songs as extra content, but in the edition final process they decided to change the main concert to Elements as they realized the event was an important moment for their history, and after some work on the material they considered it a worthy material then. Den Adel also commented that having Black Symphony as the previous live video released, Elements would be the only possible follow up as it wasn’t a common concert. Some ex-members were invited to the Elements concert as they were somehow part of the bands history, as Martijn Westerholt and Michiel Papenhove. Both of them executed their original instruments during the track “Candles”, in which was composed while they’re still band’s studio or touring members at the time.

Both concerts had missing songs on the final edition cut. The concert at the Sportpaleis also featured “Never-Ending Story”, “Titanium”, “Summertime Sadness”, “Grenade”, “Memories”, “What Have You Done” and “Our Farewell” while the concert at the Heineken Music Hall missed “Our Solemn Hour”, “Angels”, “See Who I Am”, “The Cross” and “Summertime Sadness”.

“From The Vault” is a new series of live concerts from The Rolling Stones archive which are getting their first official release. “Hampton Coliseum – Live In 1981” is the first title in this series. The Rolling Stones American Tour in 1981 was the most successful tour of that year taking a then record $50 million dollars in ticket sales. The tour was in support of the critically and commercially successful “Tattoo You” album. There were fifty dates on the tour which ran from Philadelphia at the end of September through to Hampton, Virginia on the 18th and 19th of December. The show on December 18th, which was also Keith Richards’ birthday, was the first ever music concert to be broadcast on television as a pay-per-view event. The footage has now been carefully restored and the sound has been newly mixed by Bob Clearmountain for this first official release of the show.

During the world tour for the album ‘You Are Here’ UFO filmed a concert in May 2005 at the Pumpwerk Wilhelmshaven in Germany. Now ‘Showtime’ will be released for the first time on Blu-ray, including a fantastic acoustic session which was recorded at the Peppermint Park Studios in Hannover, Germany. More bonus material, like making of and history interviews, are also included and you can see the last performances with the band of drummer Jason Bonham, the son of Led Zeppelin drummer John Bonham, and Pete Way who had to leave the band due to health reasons soon after.
Most UFO fans consider the only real lineup to be when guitarist Michael Schenker decides to grace the band with his presence. And truth be told, this is a valid point — the group’s best work seems to occur whenever the unpredictable guitarist is present, whether it was in the ’70s (1977’s Lights Out, 1979’s exceptional Strangers in the Night) or his mid-’90s re-entry (1995’s Walk on Water). But shortly after the dawn of the 21st century, Schenker decided to jump ship once more for his solo career, and the band was left with the decision of “to be or not to be.” What resulted was probably UFO’s most interesting and strongest non-Schenker lineup ever, consisting of mainstays Phil Mogg (vocals), Pete Way (bass), and Paul Raymond (keyboards, guitar), as well as such renowned “newcomers” as Vinnie Moore (guitar) and Jason Bonham (drums). 2005 saw the release of the zillionth UFO live set, Showtime, which does a fine job of showcasing this latter day lineup. The double-disc CD (which was also issued as a DVD under the same title) focuses primarily on the classics, including such standouts as “This Kids,” “Love to Love,” and “Lights Out” — despite a vocal flub by Mogg on the latter track. But the recent material included from 2004’s You Are Here is surprisingly strong — “When Daylight Goes to Town” (which sounds quite similar to Van Halen’s “Best of Both Worlds”) and “The Wild One.” While it’s not, of course, going to top the aforementioned Strangers in the Night — a near impossible feat — Showtime proves that there may be life after Schenker after all. –Greg Prato

Bucky Pizzarelli’s playing on this new album sums up his seventy-year career (with no end in sight!). Without sacrificing his own voice, he lovingly honors his forebears and contemporaries, as well as "the kids," including his own.

The Binaural+ technique has accurately captured the complexity and depth of Bucky’s playing. The recording magic places you right in the room with the trio, sitting in the best seat of the house as you groove and swing to the irresistible melodies. The aural cues will make you instinctively turn your head to listen to a certain phrase from one guitarist to the next, which is perfection in stereo reproduction. From the light foot tapping to the satisfied response from Bucky and his trio at the conclusion of a solo, Binaural+ will recreate the wonders of this live performance every time.

Bruce Springsteen - The River (1980/2014) High-Fidelity FLAC Stereo 24bit/44.1kHz

Artist: Bruce Springsteen
Title: The River
Genre: Rock, Rock & Roll, Heartland Rock
Label: © Columbia Records
Release Date: 1980/2014
Quality: High-Fidelity FLAC Stereo 44,1kHz/24bit

Duration: 01:23:41
Recorded: The Power Station, New York, March 1979 – August 1980

A blowout double-album split evenly between huge house-party numbers (and a wealth of live staples) and darker, real-world tales in the vein of the title track, The River represented a Springsteen out to explore the emerging dualities of his music. The record features titles "Hungry Heart", "Fade Away" and "Sherry Darling".
This remastered version was remastered by acclaimed engineer Bob Ludwig, working directly with Springsteen and longtime engineer Toby Scott, newly transferred from the original analogue masters using the Plangent Process playback system.

Imbedded within the double-disc running time of The River is a single-disc album that follows up on the themes and sound of Darkness on the Edge of Town -- wide-screen, midtempo rock and stories of the disillusionment of working-class life and the conflicts within families. In these songs, which include the title track, "Independence Day," and "Point Blank," Bruce Springsteen's world-view is just as dire as it had become on Darkness, but less judgmental. "Independence Day," for example, is a father-and-son ballad that has little of the anger of its hard rock counterpart on Darkness, "Adam Raised a Cain." Springsteen's heroes again seek to overcome their crushing troubles through defiance and by driving around, and though "The River" repeats the soured love theme of "Racing in the Street," he also posits romance as a possible escape, sometimes combining it with one of the other solutions, as on the eight-plus-minute "Drive All Night." But there is also another album lurking within The River, and it is a more lighthearted pop/rock collection of short, sometimes humorous songs like "Sherry Darling" and "I'm a Rocker." At times Springsteen combines elements of the two, as on "Out in the Street," perhaps the album's quintessential song, a catchy, uptempo number that sounds like something from the early '60s and echoes the theme of the Vogues' 1966 hit "Five O'Clock World." "Hungry Heart," which became Springsteen's first Top Ten hit, combines a rollicking musical track with a more sober lyrical theme that emphasizes longing over disappointment. But a better guide to Springsteen's development are the songs "Stolen Car" and the album-closing "Wreck on the Highway," gentle, moody ballads imbued with a sense of hopelessness that anticipate his next record, Nebraska. --William Ruhlmann

Recorded: Mostly January 3, 1982 at Springsteen's Colts Neck, New Jersey bedroom

Recorded on four-track cassette in his New Jersey bedroom, Nebraska has proved one of Springsteen’s most enduring works, a raw, haunted acoustic record populated by lost souls searching not for salvation through music but simply a reason to believe. His sixth record, Springsteen appeared by himself without the E Street Band backing him up. He later recording with the band, but ultimately chose to put out the demos for a more natural sound.

Recorded: October 12, 1977 – March 19, 1978 at Record Plant Studios, New York.

The fourth studio album by Bruce Springsteen, Darkness on the Edge of Town is considered by many to be one of Springsteen's most highly regarded records. Rolling Stone magazine has ranked it at #150 on their list of the 500 Greatest Albums of All Time, and it has been certified triple-platinum by the RIAA.
Darkness on the Edge of Town was released in 1978, three years after Springsteen's previous album Born to Run. The album follows Springsteen's "four corners" approach to album structure. The songs beginning each side of the record are rallying, rousting numbers and the songs ending each side focus on hard circumstances that seem to obliterate all hope. Critics praised the maturity of Springsteen's lyrics and themes on the album; and although Darkness on the Edge of Town did not generate any significant hit singles, the album itself was critically well-received and was called a landmark record in rock and roll.

This remastered version was remastered by acclaimed engineer Bob Ludwig, working directly with Springsteen and longtime engineer Toby Scott, newly transferred from the original analogue masters using the Plangent Process playback system.
